During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. False or inaccurate information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• All activity that occurs within your account is entirely your responsibility.
• Contact our customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Sharing your account with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

• Conducting money laundering activities or using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Opening multiple accounts to unlawfully exploit bonuses or promotions.

• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.

• Members are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 918iss does not provide betting advice or recommendations.
• 918iss's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 30 days.
• 918iss is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 918iss customer support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance may be unrecoverable once the account is closed.

918iss reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Non-compliance with KYC verification requests within the specified period.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

For accounts closed due to violations, 918iss reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the offending activity. Any valid original deposit balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation, subject to the outcome of the case.
